Return or repair
At Game Hero, we strive to provide you with excellent service and provide the best high quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our return policy applies to all products sold through our webshop and is valid for 14 days after receipt of your order. If you decide to return your purchase, please follow the steps below:
- Please contact us by e-mail or telephone and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service will process your request as soon as possible and provide you with the instructions for returning the product.
- Return the product in its original condition and packaging to our address. The customer always pays the costs of the return shipment. Depending on the weight and location, these costs can be between €6 and €14.
- Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price via the same payment method you used when placing your order.
Important to know:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals and packaging. The return shipment must be provided with a track & trace code.
- If the product is damaged, used or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the return request.
- Custom or personalized products are excluded from our returns policy unless the product is faulty or not as described.
- If you have received a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
