After placing your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Here you will find the details of your order and an indication of the delivery date. We process orders from Monday to Friday.

Costs of Shipping

Enjoy our free shipping for orders over €15! For orders under €15 we charge only €4.95 shipping costs.

Processing and Delivery

We do our utmost to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. For larger items, such as gaming chairs or desks, this can take up to 5 working days. We work with reliable partners such as DPD, DHL, PostNL, and GLS to guarantee you the best service. If a product has a different delivery time, this is clearly stated in the product description.

Updates and Notifications

You always stay informed! Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with a tracking number. This allows you to easily track your order and view the estimated delivery date. If anything unexpectedly changes in the delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible and look for a solution together.
