Order and delivery
We strive to process and deliver orders to our customers as quickly as possible. Orders can be placed via our website or by telephone. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and the estimated delivery date. Your order will be processed between Monday and Friday.
We offer free shipping for orders over €15. For orders with a value under €15, €4.95 in shipping costs will be charged.
Processing times and delivery
We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Larger products such as gaming chairs or gaming desks may take longer (5 business days). We work with different partners (DPD, DHL, PostNL or GLS) and always try to offer the best possible service. If the product falls outside the standard delivery time, this will be indicated in the description.
Shipping updates and alerts
We will keep you informed of your order by e-mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. This allows you to track the status of your order and view the estimated delivery date. If there are any delays or problems with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and find a solution.
If no one is present at the address provided at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to arrange a new delivery date. If you have not received the order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will resolve the situation for you as soon as possible.
