Order and Delivery

At Game Hero we do everything we can to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. You can easily order online or by phone. Immediately after placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including an estimated delivery date. We process orders from Monday to Friday.

Postage costs

Enjoy free shipping on orders over €15! For orders under this amount we charge €4.95 shipping costs.

Processing and Delivery

We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. For larger items, such as gaming chairs and desks, delivery time can be up to 5 business days. We work with reliable delivery services such as DPD, DHL, PostNL and GLS, so you can always count on the best service. Any differing delivery times are clearly stated in the product description.

Updates and Track & Trace

Always stay up to date with your order! As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a track & trace code, with which you can easily follow the delivery status and expected delivery date. In case of changes in the delivery, we will inform you immediately and we will look for a suitable solution together.
