Exchange and Return

Are you not satisfied with your order? We think this is a pity and we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.

You can return the order up to 30 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 1-3 working days after receipt of the return shipment.

Step 1: Fill in the online form

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items to the indicated address: van Ruysdaellaan 69, 2264 TK, Leidschendam, South Holland, the Netherlands . Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. As a sender you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred back to your bank account within 1-3 working days.
