What is the minimum number of items in one purchase to qualify for bulk pricing?

The minimum quantity of one product in one purchase must be at least 5 to qualify for bulk pricing.

What is the return policy for bulk orders?

Our standard returns policy does not apply to bulk orders. Customers planning to purchase bulk orders are advised to order individual items to try out before placing bulk orders.

What is the cancellation policy for bulk orders?

A bulk order cannot be canceled for any reason after the order has been shipped. If a customer wishes to cancel a Bulk Order, the customer must a) ensure that the Products are unopened; b) pay the return shipping costs of the order to Autonomous' warehouse. Orders that have been opened will be charged an additional 30% restocking fee to ensure that the Customer can prove that the returned Products are undamaged and in new condition.

Can discount codes be applied to bulk orders?

No, discount codes cannot be applied to bulk orders.
